Online proofs are displayed in low resolution format and will not be a true representation of the high quality, high
resolution prints you will receive. For print sizes or products not listed on our online store, please send an inquiry

ONLINE PROOFING GALLERIES
PROOFING TIPS:
- Galleries will be remain active for a period of 180 days from the date of upload. A nominal fee will be charged
to repost a gallery after its expiration date. - Images may differ in color and contrast from computer to computer. This is due to different settings on
individual computer monitors. All prints will be professional color balanced and cropped. - Intermittent automatic reminders containing a gallery link will be sent to your e-mail address regarding the
status of your gallery. You may unsubscribe to these reminders at the bottom of the status e-mail. If you
unsubscribe to these e-mails, you will also be unsubscribing to e-mails notifying you of special offers or
promotions on portrait prints or products, as well as notification of your upcoming gallery expiration. - Portrait prints in various sizes may be ordered directly from your personal electronic gallery. Specialty items
such as portrait jewelry, portrait gifts, collage prints, canvas portraits, photo cards, etc, may be ordered via e-
mail. - Click on the gallery link above. You will be directed to the gallery main page. Recent galleries will be listed on
the main page or you may search by name or date of your event/portrait sitting. - You may change the number of proofs viewable per page.
- Proofs may be printed in color, black & white or sepia tone. These selective finishes are available in each
gallery and will be applied to each image individually to provide optimum tone and contrast. - All prints will be professionally cropped and color-balanced.
- Electronic proofs are sized at a 4x6 ratio. For this reason, certain print sizes will require cropping. For
example, a 4x6 will not enlarge in exact proportions to an 8x10. It will enlarge to an 8x12. Therefore, 8x10
prints will require cropping from the proof as shown. All cropping will be done on an individual basis with
attention to the subject matter of the proof. - All portrait prints larger than 11x14 will be mounted to prevent rolling and wrinkling before and during the
framing process. - Galleries which are password-protected at the request of the customer will have passwords delivered to our
client at the time of upload. Galleries may be "unlocked" at anytime with consent from our client. - If you have difficulty with your password, please notify Camera-Shy Photography as soon as possible at
850.502.9593. - Orders will be processed and shipped within ten business days. Shipping delays may occur during the winter
holiday season. For questions about an order, please contact us. - Orders will be shipped via UPS and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. Please provide a current street
address for delivery at the time of order placement. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment of your
order.
